200 hour yoga certification, Ashya Yoga License, Tai Chi,  Yo Chi, and more. I am a wife to my wonderfully supportive husband, and have two great stepchildren. My love for yoga began immediately following my first class. After just a brief time participating I began to notice a difference within myself and my passion for the practice grew greatly. It didn't take me long to know that I wanted to dedicate myself to yoga and be able to share with others the amazing experience. I constantly look for ways to further my education and can't wait to share my knowledge with you.
