Looking for an awesome yoga studio? Julie owns and operates her studio, right down the hall from us! Her passion for yoga is out of this world. Most of our memberships include yoga to enhance your experience. Here is a description of the classes that she offers.
Gentle Yoga - Tue - Fri at 6pm
Gentle Yoga was created to be accessible to all types of students and to support their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Gentle yoga seeks to provide therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses. This form of yoga helps increase mobility and flexibility in a slow well rounded approach.
Gentle Yoga classes move at a steady pace, slowly cycling through a series of floor based or seated asanas (poses). Though you can expect a few standing poses, you'll spend the majority of class on your mat. Taking this class, you are sure to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Yoga Fusion - Tue-Fri at 5pm
Transform your physique through Yoga Fusion. This fusion class combines resistance exercise, muscle endurance, and yoga together providing an dynamic workout where you'll gain strength, muscle, definition, flexibility, balance and overall mind-body health.
Tai Chi - Wed & Fri at 7am and Tue & Thur at 7pm

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that is
now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Chair Yoga - Monday at 11:00am
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and /or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or anyone who finds a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. Chair yoga class is designed particularly to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting up and down off of the floor. Benefits include: improved strength, improved flexibility, improved proprioception, reduced stress and pain management.
